Stronger Together: TNL Streamlines Its Corporate Structure

TNL Buttenheim GmbH and Planungsgruppe Landespflege TNL GmbH have been merged into TNL Energie GmbH. This allows us to bring together our expertise under one corporate umbrella and streamline our organisational structure. 

As part of an intra-group merger, TNL Buttenheim GmbH, based in Buttenheim, and Planungsgruppe Landespflege TNL GmbH, based in Hanover, have been integrated into TNL Energie GmbH, headquartered in Hungen. As a result, TNL Energie GmbH assumes all rights and obligations of the two former companies by way of universal succession.

Our trusted collaboration continues

Nothing will change for our customers and business partners: All existing contractual relationships will continue unchanged with TNL Energie GmbH. All contractual rights and obligations will also remain fully in effect.

The offices in Buttenheim and Hanover will continue to operate as locations of TNL Energie GmbH. Your existing contacts will remain available to assist you as usual.

Expertise under one corporate umbrella

The merger provides us with a clearer and more consistent corporate structure. Our professional expertise, regional presence and proven personalised service will remain unchanged. At the same time, we will now operate jointly as one company under the name TNL Energie GmbH.
